Cantley Village Summer Kickoff & Kids Fun Run

Kids Fun Run: 9:30 AM
Activities and Food: 10AM to 1PM
Cost: $10 per child for Fun Run (includes participation ribbon); Raffles and treats for an additional cost

Join us for a community fundraiser in Coxheath's Cantley Village Park in support of our mission to make the park CBRM's first fully accessible park!

Following the Fun Run, there will be loads of family-friendly activities, including a bouncy tent, scavenger hunt, science displays and games.

Enjoy FREE snacks, bottled water and hot dogs. Plus, there will be treats like ice cream and cake pops for sale.

Great prize baskets, along with a 50/50 draw, will be raffled off with proceeds going toward purchasing new inclusive playground equipment for the park!

Pre-registration required for the Fun Run - please fill out and submit the attached registration form.

Hike the Trail Head: Seawall Trail Society Fundraiser

The Seawall Trail Society is proud to offer a guided, 10 km Hike along our future Trail Head. Our route will take you out of picturesque Meat Cove and north to the breathtaking tip of Cape St. Lawrence.

The Lobster Dinner, open to everyone, includes a salad, roll, lobster, tea or coffee, and desert. Come enjoy some lobsters, come for just the hike, or be adventurous and come for both.

Money raised by this fundraiser will help develop a long-distance hiking trail connecting the communities of Meat Cove, Big Intervale and Red River.

Lobster Dinner: $25 10 km Hike: $100 Both: $120 Hike Start Time: 10:00 am. Lobster Dinner: 3:00 pm At The Meat Cove Welcome Centre
